Why we charge for this
Free advice comes from people selling you something. A contractor quoting your job is not going to tell you it is not worth doing, and a lead-generation site is paid when you hire someone, not when you make the right call.
We take no money from contractors and perform no construction work, so our income never grows when you spend more than you should. That is the whole design.
